We’ll make sure your Chihuahua puppies is delivered by a reputable pet courier. There are no guarantees when it comes to when you’ll get your puppy. The option of expedited shipping is also available
Returns and Refunds
We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:
Change of Heart: We understand unforeseen situations arise. If you can no longer care for your puppy within 30 days, you may return it for a full refund (excluding any initial deposit).
Unforeseen Circumstances: Major life changes may impact pet ownership. If a significant event prevents you from keeping your puppy (e.g., job loss, relocation), contact us to discuss return options. We may offer a full or partial refund based on the situation.
Important Requirements for Returns
The puppy must be returned in good health, with no signs of neglect or mistreatment.
All original paperwork, including health records and vaccination documents, must be returned.
We reserve the right to have a veterinarian examine the puppy upon return.

We strongly recommend taking your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness check within 7 days of purchase.
